LCL — Groupage / less than container load
For smaller shipments that don't fill a full container. Your cargo is consolidated with other freight and moves as part of a shared container load.

Booking and schedule management
We handle the carrier booking, confirm the sailing schedule, and keep you updated on departure and estimated arrival — so there are no surprises at the port.

Export documentation support
Working with your supplier to prepare the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and any other export records needed for the shipment to move.
Dutch customs clearance
Declaration, examination, and release at the European port.
When your cargo arrives at the European entry port, we manage the full customs clearance process — preparing the declaration, handling any examinations, and securing the release.

Import declaration preparation
We build the customs declaration from the shipment documents — goods description, value, origin, and applicable procedure — and submit it to Dutch customs on your behalf.

Document review
Before the cargo arrives, we review the commercial invoice, packing list, and supporting records to identify any gaps that could delay clearance.

Customs examination coordination
When Dutch customs selects a shipment for physical inspection, we arrange port access, attend the examination on-site, and manage the process to minimise delays and keep the route moving.

Multi-port coverage
Rotterdam is our primary port of operation. We also handle clearance for shipments arriving via Antwerp, Hamburg, and other European entry points — the same process, the same team.
Last-mile delivery
Container pickup and delivery across all of Europe.
After customs release, we collect the container from the port, handle warehouse sorting where needed, and deliver door-to-door to consignees anywhere in Europe.

We collect the container directly from the port after customs release — Rotterdam, Antwerp, Hamburg, or other entry points — and arrange onward transport.

Warehouse sorting and distribution
Cargo is received at our warehouse, sorted by destination or consignee, and prepared for individual dispatch — keeping each delivery leg organised and traceable.

We deliver to consignees across all EU member states and wider European destinations — Germany, France, Poland, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, and more.
